From Salt Lake City, Utah, take Highway 80 east for 30 miles to Highway 40. Go south on Highway 40 for a mile to the Kamas exit. Go southeast on Highway 189 for 12 miles to Kamas. Turn east on Highway 150 and travel 25 miles to campground. |

This campground contains several single-family sites and one double site, all with picnic tables and campfire rings. Some sites have tent pads. The lake is visible from most sites. Vault toilets, drinking water and trash collection are provided. Firewood is available for purchase from the host. Roads and parking spurs are paved. |

If you booked this site at a discounted rate and did not use either a Senior or an Access pass to obtain that discount, you will be asked to pay the difference in cash or check when you arrive. Only Senior or Access Passes will be discounted at this location. Opening date depends on snow conditions; please call the Forest Service at 435-783-4338 to check on availability of first-come, first-served sites before mid-July The bottom of RVs longer than 30 feet may drag on the spillway. Also beware that roads in the campground have tight turns with encroaching trees.
